ELC Names Stanley General Counsel

Succeeds Moss who is vice chairman.

Deirdre Stanley has been appointed executive vice president and general counsel at Estée Lauder, effective October 28. She will join the company’s executive leadership team and will jointly report to William P. Lauder, executive chairman, and Fabrizio Freda, president and chief executive officer. Stanley replaces Sara E. Moss, who was recently promoted to the newly-created role of vice chairman. As EVP and General Counsel, Stanley will be responsible for ELC's legal organization globally...
